With a reputation as one of the most innovative bed and mattress manufacturers in the world, Sealy are constantly working on the latest developments from around the world to bring the latest sleeping advances to their customers. Sealy's successes originate from 1974 in Cumbria following the acquisition by the Silentnight Group and in the past 35 years they have grown to a company employing over 400 people in the locality. Their 160,000 sq ft manufacturing plant produces around 3500 beds a week, and their state of the art research and development centre and bed testing laboratory in North Carolina is in additional to the Silentnight Group's own resources in Lancashire.
