Snow, snow, and more snow is all that we’ve seen for weeks!!  Today has been the worst with a couple of inches falling up here in Honley where Click 4 beds is situated before 9am!!!  Its such a hard time of year anyway to get back into the swing of things with it being the first couple of days back to work after the over indulgence season, but this certainly doesn’t help!!

Now I don’t know about you, but yesterday and today I found it so hard to get out of bed it was unbelievable due to this blasted weather!  It was snug and cosy and all I could hear outside my house were cars struggling to get up the hill on which I live…this obviously only meant one thing…snow!  So, I gritted my teeth and decided that unfortunately I would have to get up out of bed even earlier than normal and set off in really good time in order to get to work at my normal time! That was a great plan as at this time this morning (6.30am!) the main roads were still clear and we got up to the Click 4 beds office relatively easy!  This was a relief to me as I hate getting stuck in the snow!  However, by 9am the snow had fallen heavily, some of the staff were stuck in major traffic jams and the heating had decided not to work!!  This was when I finally felt a little envious of everyone who didn’t have to go out today!

Anyway, after waffling on a bit above, the point of this blog post which I am writing today is regarding how wonderful I think the Internet is!!  Even in this horrendous weather, if you cant get out, you can still go onto fantastic web sites like ours (www.click4beds.co.uk) and shop!!  You don’t have to put on your wellies and trudge through slush risking getting stuck in the snow while you look for a new bed in a cold showroom somewhere…you can buy amazing beds and mattresses whilst drinking a hot cup of tea and sat in the warmth of your own home with your slippers on!!  Now that has to be the future of things to come if you ask me…genius!!
